试验旨在研究饲粮粗纤维缺乏对57~84日龄扬州鹅生长性能、脏器指数和血清生化指标的影响,以研究粗纤维对鹅不可或缺的作用。选取20只56日龄体格健壮的扬州鹅公鹅,按照组间体重差异不显著(P〉0.05)的原则分为试验组和对照组,每组10只。试验组饲喂粗纤维水平为0%的纯合日粮,对照组饲喂粗纤维水平为6%的基础饲粮,试验期28d。结果表明:①饲粮粗纤维缺乏显著降低了84日龄扬州鹅体重(P〈0.05),显著降低了57。84日龄扬州鹅的平均日增重(P〈0.05),显著提高了57~84日龄扬州鹅的料重比(P〈O.05);②饲粮粗纤维缺乏显著降低了57~84日龄扬州I鹅血清淀粉酶活性(P〈O.05),而对其他血清生化指标没有显著影响(P〉O.05);⑧饲粮粗纤维缺乏显著降低了84日龄扬州鹅的肌胃指数(P〈O.05),而对心脏指数、肝脏指数、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数和腺胃指数均没有显著影响(P〉O.05);④饲粮粗纤维缺乏会导致57~84日龄扬州鹅持续排稀便。综上所述,饲粮粗纤维缺乏通过抑制肌胃生长,降低血清淀粉酶活性,导致鹅的生长性能降低,鹅饲粮中需要添加适量水平的粗纤维才能保证正常的生长发育。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary crude fiber deficiency on growth performance, organ index and serum biochemical parameters of Yangzhou Geese aged from 57 to 84 days. 20 fifty-six-day-age healthy male Yangzhou Geese with similar body weight were selected and divided into 2 groups, I0 geese per group. The experimental group was fed a dietary supplemented with 0% crude fiber level, the control group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 6% crude fiber level. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that dietary crude fiber deficiency significantly decreased the body weigt of Yangzhou Geese aged 84 days (P〈O.05), decreased the average daily gain (ADG)aged from 57 to 84 days (P〈O.05), increased the ratio of feed to gain (F/G) aged from 57 to 84 days (P〈0.05). Serum amylase was significantly decreased in experimental group (P〈0.05). Dietary crude fiber deficiency significantly decreased the gizzard index of 57- to- 84- day- age geese (P〈0.05). Dietary crude fiber deficiency caused loose stool. In conclusion, dietary crude fiber deficiency inhibited the growth of gizzard, decreased the activity of serum amylase enzyme, and reduced growth performance of Yangzhou Geese aged from 57 to 84 days, geese needed a suitable dietary fiber level for normal performance.
