本试验旨在研究白酒糟对黔北麻羊羔羊饲粮养分消化率、血浆生化指标及抗氧化应激能力的影响。以32只体况相近的4月龄黔北麻羊羔羊为试验动物,按照随机区组试验设计分为4组:对照组和试验1、2和3组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只羊,各组饲粮白酒糟水平分别为0、7%、14%、21%。试验期40 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期30 d。结果显示:1)试验1、2组表现出较高的干物质、总能、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率,均显著高于对照组、试验3组(P〈0.05);粗脂肪表观消化率组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。2)白酒糟对羔羊血浆生化指标的影响没有明显规律;对羔羊血浆抗氧化应激能力指标全期平均值也未产生显著影响(P〉0.05)。综上所述,饲粮白酒糟水平在7%-14%内可提高羔羊养分消化率,对血浆生化指标及抗氧化应激能力指标没有负面影响。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of varying level of white distiller's grains on dietary nutrient digestibility,plasma biochemical parameters and anti-oxidative stress capacity of Qianbei Ma lambs.Thirty-two healthy lambs with similar body condition were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 1 lamb per replicate.Lambs were fed 1 of 4 diets differing in white distiller's grains level at 0,7%,14%,and 21% for control group and test groups 1,2 and 3,respectively.The test lasted for 40 days with a10-day pretest period and a 30-day test period.The results showed as follows:1) test groups 1 and 2 resulted in significantly higher apparent digestibility of dry matter,gross energy,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber than control group and test group 3(P〈0.05),but not for that of ether extract(P〉0.05).2) Feeding of white distiller's grains showed no regular impacts on plasma biochemical parameters;feeding of white distiller's grains had no significant impacts on the means of plasma anti-oxidative stress capacity indices of lambs(P〉0.05).These results indicate that dietary inclusion of 7% to 14% white distiller's grains can increase dietary digestibility,and have no side effects on plasma biochemical parameters and anti-oxidative stress capacity for Qianbei Ma lambs.
