基于生物矿化原理,以Ca(NO3)2.4H2O和(NH4)3PO4.3H2O为原料,以聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDAC)为模板成功制备出球状纳米羟基磷灰石(HA)晶体。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)和热重分析(TG)对纳米HA的结构、组成、形貌和热性能进行表征。结果表明,PDAC浓度对HA晶体形貌有很大影响。随着PADC浓度增大,所得HA晶粒形貌转变为球状,当PDAC的浓度达到2.0 wt%时,得到粒径大小在40 nm左右的球状HA颗粒。同时,对HA晶体形貌形成的可能机理进行了讨论。

Based on the principles of biomineralization,spherical Hydroxyapatite(HA) crystals were synthesized using Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and(NH4)3PO4·3H2O as raw materials and poly(diallyl dimethylammonium) chloride(PDAC) as template.The structure,chemical composition,morphology and thermal behavior of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FT-IR),Transmission electron microscope(TEM) and Thermal gravimetric analysis(TG).The results show that the concentration of PDAC has great effect on the morphology of HA.Spherical HA crystals with diameter of 40 nm and uniform distribution can be obtained when the concentration of PDAC is 2.0 wt%.The possible formation mechanism of morphology change of HA crystal was also discussed.
