为了实现网络化高精度轴角测量,设计了一种以32位DSP芯片TMs320F28335为核心,具有CAN通信接口的轴角测量系统;系统以双通道多极旋转变压器作为角度传感器,利用AD2S83将旋转变压器输出的模拟正余弦信号转换为数字量;采用DDS芯片AD9833设计了一种频率可调的激磁电路;给出了系统软件设计流程图,介绍了粗、精通道数据组合以及消除粗大误差的方法;实验结果表明,所设计的轴角测量系统测量精度高、实时性好、运行可靠,测量精度小于0.5mil。
In order to realize the networked high precision shaft angle measurement, a novel shaft angle measurement system is pro posed, which is based on TMS320F28335 and CAN bus. The dual channel multi polar resolver is adopted as the angle sensor. The AD2S83 is used to convert the analog output signals of the resolver into a digital form. An adjustable frequency circuit based on AD9833 is designed. Furthermore, the software design and the data combination method are also introduced in detail. The experimental results show that the shaft angle measurement system is high accuracy, real--time and reliable.
