采用微乳液法制备高比表面积、簇状多片层载体Al2O3,利用浸渍法获得Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3固体酸催化剂。采用SEM、EDS、XRD、TG-DTG和N2吸附脱附等手段对固体酸Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3进行了表征和分析。同时,考察固体酸Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3对油酸与甲醇酯化反应的催化活性。结果表明:固体酸Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3具有较高的催化活性;当甲醇与油酸摩尔比8∶1、反应时间6 h、反应温度140℃、催化剂用量7%(占油酸质量)时,油酸转化率可达93.5%;无水乙醇洗涤可防止催化剂颗粒团聚,经无水乙醇洗涤后催化剂循环使用性能表现良好。
High specific surface area Al2O3 with areatus multiple layers was prepared by micmemulsion method.Solid acid Ti (SO4) 2/Al2O3 was obtained by impregnation method.Solid acid Ti (SO4) 2/Al2O3 was characterized and analyzed via field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energ.y dispersive spectmmeter(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermal gravity analysis(TG-DTG) and N2 adsorption desorption.The catalytic activity of Ti (SO4)2/Al2O3 was examined as catalyst in the production of biodiesel from oleic acid with methanol.The results showed that solid acid Ti (SO4)2/Al2O3 had higher catalytic activity.Under the conditions of molar ratio of methanol to oleic acid 8∶ 1,reaction time 6 h,reaction temperature 140℃,and catalyst dosage 7% (based on the mass of oleic acid),the conversion rate of oleic acid reached 93.5%.The agglomeration of catalyst particles could be prevented by anhydrous alcohol washing and solid acid Ti(SO4)2/Al2O3 washed by anhydrous alcohol showed good recycling performance.
