采用乳液聚合的方法,以间苯二酚、甲醛的水溶液为水相,以液体石蜡为油相,经搅拌、固化、碳化等过程后得到碳泡沫样品,其密度为(0.25~0.4)g/cm^3.比表面积为(500~700)m^2/g,该方法制备的碳泡沫,具有开孔结构,孔径分布比较均匀.且孔径大小可调节。制备条件对乳液体系的稳定性以及所得的碳泡沫样品结构形貌有较大的影响。
In this paper,an oil-in-water emulsion was prepared using solution of resorcinol and formaldehyde as aqueous phase, liquid paraffin as oil phase. After polymerization and carbonization of these polymeric emulsion systems, porous carbon foams with low density[(0. 25-0. 4) g/cm^3] and large specific surface area [(500-700) m^2/g] were produced. The resultant carbon foams have uninterrupted network and open structure with interconnected pores between most of the cells. The cell size has a narrow distribution and is adjustable. This paper introduces the influences of preparation conditions to the stability of emulsion system and the structure of carbon foams.
