建立水中痕量铜的浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱测定方法。选用非离子表面活性剂辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-7)作为浊点萃取剂,1-(2吡-啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)作为络合剂,分离富集水中痕量铜,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法进行检测。探讨了溶液pH值、试剂浓度、平衡温度和时间等实验条件对萃取率及粘度对检测信号的影响。结果表明:在优化的实验条件下,标准曲线与标准加入曲线的斜率无显著差异,证明本法基本克服了基体干扰。方法的检出限为8.54×10^-3μg/mL,在河水样品中的加标回收率达到99.9%,相对标准偏差为3.47%(n=6)。
A new method for determination of trace amounts of copper in water samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with cloud point extraction (CPE) using surfactant OP-7(polyoxyethylated alkylphenol)as extractant and 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) as complexing agent was proposed. The effect of experimental conditions such as pH, concentration of reagents ,equilibration tempera- ture and time on the extraction recovery and the effect of viscosity on the analytical signal were discussed. The results indicated that under the optimum conditions, the effect of matrix can be overcome by calibration curve and standard addition curve method. The detection limit was 8.54×10^-3μg/mL. The proposed method was applied to the determination of copper in river water sample with the recovery of 99.9% and the relative standard deviation of 3.47%(n=6).
