提出通过强化ERP关键实施活动来提高ERP使用绩效的研究观点,从管理视角出发研究动态测评、实施人员激励对业务流程重组和变革管理这两个关键实施活动的影响机制。本研究收集了中国多个行业的数据,利用结构方程模型方法对数据进行统计分析。研究表明,业务流程重组对ERP使用绩效有着积极的促进作用,而变革管理通过业务流程重组的中介作用对ERP使用绩效产生影响;动态测评通过影响业务流程重组来影响ERP使用绩效;实施人员激励则通过影响变革管理来影响业务流程重组,进而影响ERP使用绩效。
This paper extends prior ERP implementation researches through a proposal of strengthening critical activities of ERP implementation for higher ERP performance. It empirically testes how dynamic evaluation and motivation influence business process reengineering (BPR) and management innovation using data from China. And it breaks through the limitation that prior researches only focused on whether or not the activities of implementation have a significant impact on ERP project. Though this research, it finds that management innovation influences ERP performance through BPR as a media; and dynamic evaluation has positive impacts on BPR, and the motivation has influence on management innovation, which suggests that dynamic evaluation and motivation are realistic tools in improving the ERP performance.
