英文摘要：

Based on the inspiration from Hetu and Luoshu,a diagram of mechanism of pathogenesis of pathogenic factors was established.Thereby,the inner correlations between the pathogenic factor type and biotic factors,and between the pathogenic factors and host were analyzed. Discussion on mechanism of pathogenesis was carried out with five representative cases.The result indicates that effect of biotic factors on host could be proved only with the performance of internalization conditions of biotic factor and host.The reciprocal transformation between biotic factors and pathogenic factors was decided by the co-existence of interaction and state between these factors and host.It is suggested that it＇s a better and attractive choice to regulate and optimize the host＇s state in practice than direct use of antibiotics to kill pathogens.
