人本主义是城市规划的本质和根底，但对处于社会、经济激烈转型中的我国来说．人本主义成为规划中被淡忘的角色。笔者用“人本主义规划”理念反思当前出现的一系列备受关注的规划案例和现象，重新认识城市规划“以人为本”的切实重要性，并提出可行的解决措施和建议，以期有助于城市规划、设计坚持正确道路方向。
英文摘要：
Humanism is the essence of urban planning. However, humanism has become forgettable in planning while China is undergoing intense social and economic transformation. The paper reconsiders a series of common planning phenomena with the theory of ＂humanistic planning＂, understands newly the importance of humanistic urban planning and put forward some feasible measures and suggestions in order to help urban planning follow the correct way.
