通过真空单辊甩带法成功制备了Mg81.53Zn18.19Y0.28合金急冷快速凝固薄带,采用XRF、XRD、SAD、SEM、显微硬度测量等分析方法系统研究了其凝固组织及显微硬度。研究结果表明:急冷快速凝固条件下,薄带的凝固组织为以hcp—Mg(Zn,Y)相+非晶相为基体,其中均匀弥散超细Mg7Zn3相;薄带的显微硬度值是其母合金的2.4倍,且有良好的脆性;并对产生的原因进行了初步探讨。
Basing on successful preparation of rapidly solidified Mg81.53Zn18.19Y0.28 ribbon by single roller melt spinning, its solidified structure and microhardness had been studied systemically by XRF, XRD, SAD, SEM and microhardness analysis. The results indicate that on the condition of rapid solidification, the solidification microstructure of the ribbon was amorphous phase + hcp-Mg(Zn,Y) phase, which are dispersed with ultra-fine Mg7Zn3 phase, and the microhardness value of the melt-spinning ribbon is 2.4 times the size of its mother alloy, which is increased tremendously. And it is brittleness. The reasons of the results mentioned above had also been discussed primarily.
