通过碳热还原法合成了正极材料LiVPO4F,利用XRD、SEM和充放电测试研究了球磨对LiVPO4F的合成和电化学性能的影响,结果表明:没有球磨的样品不能合成单相的LiVPO4F;球磨1h和2h合成的LiVPO4F样品的首次放电比容量分别为117mAh/g和130mAh/g,库仑效率分别为84.8%和87.2%,50次循环后,容量衰减率分别为16.2%和14.6%。
The cathode material LiVPO4F was prepared by carbon-thermal reduction method. The effects of ball milling on the synthesis and electrochemical performance of LiVPO4F were studied by XRD, SEM and charge-discharge tests. The results showed that the single phase LiVPO4F could not be prepared without ball milling. The initial discharge specific capacity of LiVPO4F samples with the ball milling of 1 h and 2 h was 117 mAh/g and 130 mAh/g, the coulomb efficiency was 84.8% and 87.2%, the capacity fading rate was 16.2% and 14.6% after 50 cycles, respectively.
