以LiF、V2O5和NH4H2PO4为原料,C为还原剂,采用碳热还原法两步合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiVPO4F。考察了不同合成温度、时间对产物晶形结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,当合成温度、时间分别为750℃、30min时,所合成的LiV-PO4F样品属于三斜晶系,且颗粒分布比较均匀。该材料以0.2C充放电,首次放电容量为119mAh/g,放电平台在4.2V左右(vs.Li/Li^+),循环30次后其比容量达89mAh/g。
The cathode material LiVPO4F was prepared by a two-step carbothermal reduction reaction of LiF, V2O5 and NH4 H2PO4 ,with carbon as the reduction agent. The effect of reaction temperature and time on the structure, morphology and electrochemical properties was investigated. The results show that the sample synthesized at 750℃ for 30min has a single triclinic structure with homogenous distribution of particle,which delievered initial discharge capacity of 119mAh/g at 0.2C rate with an average discharge voltage of 4. 2V (vs. Li/ Li^+) ,and the capacity retains 89mAh/g after 30 cycles.
