为满足便携式移动即时检测和快速诊断,本文设计了集孵育、打印、人机交互操作等功能于一体的小型便携式荧光免疫分析仪,分别对孵育和检测模块进行结构设计和功能实现,并对整机系统进行测试和验证分析,结果证明本文研制的荧光免疫分析仪具备较高的灵敏度、重复性和准确性,既可应用于医院临床检测,也适用于院外其他场合(如家庭医疗、野外营救等)。
To meet the requirements of portable and instant detection of diseases and rapid diagnosis, this paper designed a compact portable fluorescence immunoassay analyzer that could be used for incubation, print, human interaction, and etc. The paper analyzed the incubation and detection module respectively and examined the process of function realization. Then testing and validating analysis were conducted on the whole system. The immunoassay analyzer developed by this research was characterized by high sensitivity, reproducibility, and accuracy. The fluorescence immunoassay analyzer can not only be applied to clinical testing, but also be used for the other occasions outside the hospital, such as home health care and rescue etc.
