汉语水平考试(HSK)是以测量母语非汉语者的一般汉语能力为唯一目的的标准化考试,因此在HSK阅读理解测验中所选择的阅读文章是否涉及了非语言理解方面的特殊知识或额外认知要求是决定测验效度高低的关键因素之一。本研究首次运用聚类分析法对HSK(初、中等)阅读理解测验的构想无关变异进行了探讨。研究结果显示,HSK(初、中等)阅读理解测验材料对目标考生具有较理想的普适性,聚类结果没有发现与阅读能力无关的篇章效应,测验分数可以解释为考生一般汉语阅读理解能力的有效指标,因而测验分数使用具有较高的构想效度。
Since the main purpose of the Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK) is to measure the general Chinese language proficiency of the non-native speakers of Chinese,the critical indicator of the validity is whether the selected passages in the reading comprehension section of HSK taps the linguistically or non-linguistically demanding knowledge.Using hierarchical cluster analysis,this research specifically addresses itself to the construct-irrelevant variance on the Reading Comprehension Test of HSK.The research concludes that the passages selected in the reading comprehension section of HSK are of much universality for the target candidates,thus the test result can be interpreted as the valid indicator of the candidates' reading ability and the use of the test score has construct validity.
