针对某油页岩流化干馏反应器,设计一种新型“1+2”两级旋风分离器,将其与原设计的“1+1”两级旋风分离器进行冷态对比试验。结果表明:用于分离油页岩颗粒的旋风分离器的分离效率对人口气速的变化不敏感.且分离效率要比通常估计的低;分离效率随人口截面比的增大、排气管直径比的减小而升高,且变化显著;新型“1+2”两级方案的分离效率高于“1+1”型的,且颗粒带出率降低超过40%,分离效率高于99.94%,页岩粉夹带量比原来减少了2/3,新型“1+2”两级方案的整体性能基本满足油页岩流化干馏生产工艺的要求。
A novel "1 +2" two-stage cyclone was designed for an oil shale distillation reactor. Comparative experiments were carried out on the novel "1 +2" design and an original "1 + 1" design in a cold model test facility. The results indicate that the separation efficiency almost does not change with the inlet velocity and its value is much lower than the estimated value. However, the separation efficiency rises significantly with the increase of inlet area ratio or the decrease of vortex finder diam- eter ratio. The separation efficiency of " 1+2" design is higher than that of " 1+1" design, and the: emission rate is reduced by more than 40%. The total efficiency reaches 99.94% and the emission amount of fine oil shale particles is reduced by two-thirds, compared with the original " 1 + 1" design. The novel " 1 +2" cyclone can meet the demand of oil shale distillation process
