全球价值链(Global Value Chain,GVC)作为组织和治理当今国际贸易的新兴力量,已使国际贸易的结构发生了重大变化,更推动了中国贸易量的急剧增长。为了探讨GVc组织和治理下的国际贸易对中国内资企业在GvC中产业升级的影响,本文利用中国制造业的面板数据进行了实证检验。在采用工具变量法克服了模型的内生性问题和区分了进出口的不同渠道后,本文揭示了在中国贸易急剧增长的表象下,隐藏着GVC这样一种组织和治理的力量,可以对内资企业产业升级产生抑制效应,GVC本质上是一种主导性企业控制和俘获内资企业的力量。反思和调整中国加入GVC的方式,避免滑入GVC诱致的俘获型网络之中,就显得十分迫切。
The global value chain (GVC), a new power to organize and govern today's international trade, has turned the structure of the international trade into a drastic change, and drived rapid growth of China's trade. To explore the influence on industrial upgrading of China's domestic enterprises in GVC, this paper demonstrates a test on the panel data of China's manufacturing. Having solved the model's endogeneity problem with the method of instrumental variable, and distinguished different channels of import and export,this paper reveals with representation of rapid growth of China's trade, the power of organization and governance from global value chain poses a restrictive effect to the industrial upgrading of the domestic enterprises,and GVC is essentially the power by which leads firms control and captures domestic enterprises. It is urgent to reflect and adjust the mode in which China joins GVC and avoid falling into the captive network caused by GVC.
