针对小批量、多规格冲裁件的特征,在成组模具的基础上,设计了一套刃口可调冲裁模。分析了可调刃口对冲裁力的影响,提出了冲裁力的计算方法;分析了可调件与固定件的配合,提出了不同配合面的精度要求和工艺性能要求。合理的总体结构设计保证了刃口调节的便捷性,从而降低了模具成本。
According to small batch blanking pieces with many specifications, a set of punching dies with adjustable blade was designed on the basis of group dies. The influence of adjustable blade on punching force was analyzed, and the calculation method of cutting force was put forward; fit tolerances between adjustable parts and fixed parts were analyzed, and accuracy requirement and process performance requirement of cooperating surfaces were put forward. The general reasonable structure design will ensure the convenience of blade adjustment to reduce the dies cost.
