在喷油泵试验台上,研究了二甲醚和生物柴油的喷射过程,考察了喷射压力、喷射脉宽等因素对喷射过程的影响。研究结果表明:与生物柴油相比,二甲醚的喷油始点、终点均较晚,喷油持续期较长,喷油持续期内波动较大;喷射压力升高,喷油速率峰值均增加,喷油持续期内波动变大;喷射脉宽只影响喷油持续期,对喷油始点、喷油速率峰值无影响。二甲醚喷射初期的嘴端压力下降较生物柴油平缓,喷射结束后压力波动时间较长。
The injection process of DME and biodiesel was measured respectively on a pump test bench and the influences of injection pressure and injection pulse width on injection process were researched .The results show that the injection of DME begins and ends later ,the injection duration prolongs and the injection fluctuation is large compared with biodiesel .With the in-crease of injection pressure ,the peak injection rate increases and the injection fluctuation strengthens .The injection pulse width which has no influence on injection timing and peak injection rate and only influences injection duration .The nozzle pressure of DM E drops more gently than that of biodiesel in earlier period of injection and the duration of pressure fluctuation is longer after injection .
