Periodic solution for a special Lotka-Volterra competitive system is discussed. By using the coincidence theory and Lyapunov functional methods, sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence and global stability of a positive periodic solution of the system. The feasible character of the theories＇ conditions in the paper is shown by examples.
