目的:探讨远位触液神经元在乙状结肠痛刺激信息调控中的作用。方法:采用CB-HRP/Fos双重标记技术,观察乙状结肠痛大鼠远位触液神经元中Fos样免疫反应蛋白(Fos)表达的变化。结果:乙状结肠痛刺激后,不仅疼痛行为学评分显著增加,而且远位触液神经元内Fos表达的数量显著增加,与空白对照组相比有显著性差异。结论:远位触液神经元可能参与了机体对乙状结肠痛刺激信息传递或调控。
Objective: To investigate the involvement of the distal cerebrospinal fluid contacting neurons (CSF-CNs) in modulation of sigmoid pain stimulation. Methods: The CB-HRP/ Fos double-labeling method was used to observe the expression of Fos in CB-HRP positive neurons following the sigmoid pain stimulation. Results: After the injection of formalin into the sigmoid wall, pain score increased remark- ably, and companied by the increased expression of Fos in the CB-HRP labeled neurons. Conclusion: The distal CSF-CNs may be involved in the processing of sigmoid pain.
