利用发射光谱法,在氮气环境下研究了平行板放电发光条纹的特性.利用测量得到的氮分子的第二正带系(C3Пu→B3Пg)发射光谱,结合双原子分子发射理论计算得到了不同级别明纹处氮分子振动温度的空间分布特性.结果表明放电电流为0.5mA,气压90Pa时明纹中心处的N2分子振动温度为3 970~4 300K.同时研究了气压对条纹特性的影响.结果表明,随着气压的增加,明纹中心处的分子振动温度升高,条纹间距减小,条纹区长度增加.
The characteristics of striations in parallel plate discharge have been investigated experimen- tally.The spatial vibrational temperature of N2 are calculated based on the theory of double molecular spectrum using the spectra of second positive system of N2(C3Пu →B3Пg).It is shown that the vibrational temperature of bright striation is on the value of 3 970~4 300Kat the current of 0.5mA and of pressure of 90Pa.In addition,the influence of pressure on the striations is investigated.At the same current,with the increase of pressure,the vibrational temperature and the length of positive column rise,and the dis- tance between two striations decreases.
