HE Shoujie was born in April 1979, Hebei Province, China. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the School oi Hebei University, China in 2002 and 2005, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Beijing Institute of Tech- nology, China in 2012. He is currently working in Hebei University, China. His research interests are hollow cathtxte discharge. LIU Shumin was born in December 1986, Shandong Province, China. She received the B.Sc. degrees from the School of Computer Science and Technology, Hebei University, China in 2008. She is currently working in Hebei University, China. Her research interests are hollow cathode discharge. LIU Zhiqiang was born in April 1954, Hebei Province, China, He received the B.Sc degrees from the School of Hebci Unive~ity, China in 1982, respectively. He is currently working in Hebei University, China. His research intorests are gas discharge. He is the con＇esponding author of this paper.
