在水热条件下,合成配合物[Ni(ptc)(bipy).4.5H2O]单晶,(H3ptc为2,4,6-吡啶三羧酸,bipy为4,4’-联吡啶).配合物晶体属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群.配体H3ptc上的一个氮原子和两个羧基氧原子与Ni^2+螯合配位,而另一个配体bipy的一个氮原子为端基配位,金属Ni^2+离子的轴向位置被两个水分子占据,形成一个六配位扭曲八面体构型.配合物分子之间通过分子内和分子间的氢键作用进一步形成三维空间网状结构.
In hydrothermal condition,the complex[Ni(ptc)(bipy)·4.5H2O] was synthesized,(H3ptc=pyridinetricarboxylic acids,bipy=4,4′-Bipyridine).The crystal belongs to triclinic system,P-1 space group.H3ptc chelated to Ni^2+ with a nitrogen atom and two oxygen atoms from one of carboxylic groups,whereas the same Ni^2+ was coordinated with a nitrogen atom from a bipy molecule on the edge.Oxygen atoms in the coordinated water molecules occupied the axial positions of the Ni^2+ and rendered a six-coordinated and distorted octahedral geometry. So the complex with a 3-D network structure was formed via hydrogen bond action inside and between the molecules.
