通过水热结合热处理法制备了N掺杂和未掺杂的表面粗糙的TiO2微球.结果表明,N掺杂将TiQ2微球的光谱吸收范围拓宽到了可见光区,光谱吸收能力增强和氧空位增多是提高TiO2微球光催化活性的主要积极因素,结晶度下降和孤立的N2p能级对光生载流子的捕获起着次要的负面作用.
Hydrothermal combing with heat treatment method was proposed for the synthesis of pure and N doped TiO2 microspheres with a rough surface. The results show that the incorporation of nitrogen extends the light adsorption edge of TiO2 microspheres to the visible range obviously. The higher photocatalytic activity of N doped TiO2 microspheres is primary due to the positive factors of the increment of light adsorption and oxygen vacancy. However, the decrement of crystallinity and the increment of the capture of photo carriers by the isolated N 2p state play a minor negative role.
