采用自孕育法制备6061变形铝合金半固态浆料,研究了浇注温度对自孕育法制备6061变形铝合金半固态浆料的影响。结果表明,随着浇注温度的降低,组织中的树枝晶逐渐减少,甚至消失,且存在大量均匀细小的近球状晶或蔷薇状晶。适合6061变形铝合金的温度加工区间为710~730℃,平均晶粒尺寸为32.3~36.2μm。与传统铸造相比,通过自孕育法能够获得均匀细小的半固态浆料组织。
The semi-solid slurry of 6061 wrought aluminium was prepared by self-inoculation method.Effects of pouring temperature on the semi-solid slurry by self-inoculation method were investigated.The results indicate that the dendrite in the microstructure are gradually reduced,or even disappear with the decrease of pouring temperature,meanwhile,lots of uniform and fine near,spherical crystal or rossette-shaped crystal can be observed.The desirable temperature process window for 6061 wrought aluminium alloy is in range of 710℃ ~730℃,and the average grain size is 32.3μm ~36.2μm.Compared with the traditional casting,self-inoculation method can obtain semi-solid slurry with uniform and fine microstructure.
