采用受控扩散凝固(CDS)技术制备7075铝合金。研究了不同母合金成分(混合比)与不同混合温度对7075铝合金凝固组织中初生α-Al相尺寸、形貌及分布的影响。结果表明,当母合金混合比例为1∶1且浇注温度为637℃时,混合后能够得到最佳的金相组织,其初生α-Al相平均尺寸达到91.70μm,形状因子达到2.56。分析表明,相同混合温度下Al-ZnMg-Cu母合金中Zn-Mg-Cu含量越低,细化效果越好。在相同混合成分和混合比浇注时,混合温度越低,其初生α-Al相越细小圆整。
The 7075 alloy was fabricated by controlled diffusion solidification(CDS)technology,and effects of precursor alloying component and mixing methods on size,morphology and distribution of the primaryα-Al phase in 7075 alloy were investigated.The results show that the primaryα-Al phase has the desirable shape when the mixing ratio is 1∶1at 637 ℃,where average size of the primaryα-Al reaches 91.70μm with shape factor of 2.56.The analysis reveals that at the fixed mixing temperature,the refining effect is improved with decreasing in the component of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu,while at the fixed mixing ratio,with decreasing in the pouring temperature,the primaryα-Al becomes fine and spheroidization.
