目的建立绝对骨支持式上颌快速扩弓的实验动物模型。方法选用4只22个月龄的广西巴马小型猪,随机选取1只为空白对照,对其余3只以上颌骨种植体为支抗进行上颌快速扩弓。扩弓持续12d后保持30d。通过X线片测量,组织学观察上颌牙弓扩开结果。结果显示上颌骨中缝被有效扩开。结论本实验成功地建立了绝对骨支持式上颌快速扩大动物模型。
Objective To establish an animal model of the bone-borne rapid maxillary expansion in mini-pigs. Methods 4 22-month-old mini-pigs were used in this study. One animal served as an untreated control. The other three animals were treated by bone-borne RME. The expansion screw was adjusted 1.0 mm/day for 12 days and retained for one month. Polychrome sequential labehng was performed at the 26th and the 40th days. X-Ray examination was taken and the distracted suture samples were processed for histological analysis. Results The maxillary sutures of bone-borne RME animals were separated successfully. Conclusion Through the experiment, the animal model of boneborne rapid maxillary expansion in mature mini-pigs was successfully established.
