Internetized communication mode of knowledge,whose features are analyzed in the paper,is the evitable result of the development of knowledge.The internetized trend helps to impel the transition of the modern industry in that it helps to promote the nonlinear transition of the diffusion of innovation,and it helps to implement the ＂scattering trend＂ between industry convergence and industry derivation.
