从知识类生物模型角度出发,研究了我国企业基于技术引进方式的技术能力发展路径。以高铁产业与汽车产业的技术能力发展过程为例,对两大产业技术发展的成效进行评价研究。结果表明,产业只有在具备本体现有知识、外界知识源、学习与催化3个基本构件后,才能实现知识的有效增长。在此基础上,需经历创意发酵吧、熟化发酵吧和扩散发酵吧3个阶段,实现知识增长发酵,最终获得真正的技术能力。
The path of technology capacity development through method of technology import has been analyzed from the perspective of biological model of knowledge. The technology capacity development of high-speed rail and automobile industries were compared as demonstration. It shows that the increase of knowledge requires three basic elements as: knowledge base, knowledge source and learning and catalyzing. Further, to attain the development of technology capacity, three stages is required as: idea-seeking fermenting bar, developing fermenting bar and diffusing fermenting bar to achieve the increasing, fermenting and diffusing of knowledge.
