Based on the supplier view, questionnaires were used to study the factors influencing supplier＇s knowledge acquisition in international outsourcing. The results show that cooperation quality , cross-cultural communication, formal contracts, corporate culture and inter-firm trust have significant positive effects on supplier＇s knowledge acquisition, and cross-cultural communication is one of the most important factors of explicit knowledge acquisition, while inter-firm trust is one of the most important factors of implicit knowledge acquisition ; formal contracts have an inverted U-shaped relationship with knowledge acquisition. Implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge acquisition also have significant positive effects on outsourcing performance, and the coefficient of implicit knowledge acquisition on outsourcing performance is greater than that of explicit knowledge acquisition.
