以陶瓷粉料与废弃scR脱硝催化产品为原料,采用干压成型的方式,烧结后制得瓷质砖。对产品的吸水率,抗折强度,重金属浸出浓度等进行了测试。实验结果表明,在其性能满足国家相关标准的前提下,产品中废料的最大掺杂比例为20%。烧结温度1120℃,保温时间1h后得到的样品性能最优。
Dry-pressed porcelain tile obtained by using ceramic powder and waste SCR denitration catalyzed products as raw materials. Water absorption, flexural strength, and heavy metals leaching concentration were tested. The experimental results show that, in its performance to meet the relevant national standards, the maximum doping ratio of waste product was 20%. The optimal performance gained with the sintering temperature of 1120℃, the incubation time 1h.
