采用改良结晶紫半定量方法、快速银染法和扫描电镜定性方法对106株宠物源性大肠杆菌的生物被膜形成能力进行了定性和定量研究,同时采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会的方法进行了对恩诺沙星、阿米卡星、头孢噻呋等15种宠物医院常用抗生素的敏感性试验,采用Whonet5.3软件对试验数据进行统计分析,研究了抗生素压力下大肠杆菌耐药谱型与生物被膜表型之间的关系。结果表明,106株宠物源性大肠杆菌分为4种不同的成膜能力表型;不同成膜能力菌株对15种抗生素表现出不同的耐药谱型。快速银染法和扫描电镜法能够对大肠杆菌生物被膜进行鉴定;生物被膜的形成与耐药谱型之间存在着不同程度的相关性。
The improved crystal violet semi-quantitative method,fast silver staining and s canning electron microscopy qualitative method were used to study the biofilm fo rming ability of 106 Escherichia coli strains from pets qualitat ively and quantitatively.Antimicrobial sensitivity tests to enrofloxacin,amikacin,ceftiofur and other kin ds of antimicrobial agents were carried out according to National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Stands(NCCLS),and software Whonet5.3 were used for experimen tal data statistical analysis.The results indicated that the 106 pet-born E.coli strains were divided into four different biofilm-forming ability phenotypes.Antimicrobial sensitivity tests showed that there were different drug resistance patterns.Rapid silver staining and scanning electron microscopy were useful met hods for E.coli biofilm identification,and biofilm formation was related to drug resistance patterns in E.coli.
