企业间合作知识创造呈上升趋势,但合作失败率也居高不下。研究显示,问题主要集中在合作初始阶段——合作伙伴选择和合作战略规划。基于产品域—知识域整合矩阵,提出企业间合作知识创造伙伴定位模式;在此基础上,绘制合作知识创造路线图,制定合作知识创造战略,明晰产品域—知识域的驱动与支持路径。
The inter -finn collaborative knowledge creation is on the rise, but the failure rate of the collaborations keeps high. Research shows that the problem mainly lies in the initial stage of co- operation -partner selection and strategy planning of collaboration. Bases on the integration matrix of product - knowledge domain, this paper puts forward the partner positioning mode of inter - finn col- laborative knowledge creation. Based on this,the roadmap of collaborative knowledge creation is de- signed, the collaborative knowledge creation strategy is made, and the driving and supporting path of product - knowledge domain is clarified
