为了研究原油降解菌在生物活性炭工艺中的生物降解特性,构建了原油降解菌群SY,考察了生物活性炭反应过程中原油浓度、COD浓度及生物量的变化,分析了原油降解菌群SY在生物活性炭工艺中对污染物的去除效果、生物降解作用及生物再生作用。实验结果表明:原油降解菌群SY能有效地降解原油并实现对活性炭的生物再生作用;接种原油降解菌群SY的生物活性炭反应器对含油废水的处理效果良好,油去除率达80%以上,COD的去除率达75%以上。
In order to investigate the microbial degradation characteristics of oil-degrading strains in biological activated carbon process,the oil-degrading flora named SY has been constructed.The removal efficiency to pollutants,biodegradation and bioregeneration of oil-degrading flora SY are investigated in biological carbon process through the variation of oil concentration,COD concentration and biomass.The results show that oil can be degraded effectively and activated carbon can be regenerated simultaneously by oil-degrading flora SY;the biological activated carbon reactor,in which oil-degrading flora SY are inoculated,is adopted to carry out the treatment of oily wastewater,in such a way the removal effect is so good that the removal rate of oil and COD is above 80% and 75% respectively.
