Now, there are good conditions of enterprises' leader, supervising and soluting the leading risk under the new enviornment of globalization, information-based, intellectualization, networking and virtualization. But there are bigger leading risk. So the leaders should change the tradional leading concept further, ultilize modem leading and management sciences to create their own leading idea and method, and then guard their leading practises.
