通常0-1项目的认知诊断模型中均假设回答各个项目是相互独立的,但一些实际测试中该假设可能不满足,比如2个项目的背景材料相同,后面的项目的回答会受前面项目反应的影响.本文将项目之间的相关信息引入DINA模型,提出了E-DINA模型,也为解决多级评分问题提供一种有效途径;模拟结果表明,如果项目之间有相关关系,E-DINA模型的模式判准率和属性判准率明显高于不考虑项目之间相关关系的DINA模型,而且具有相关性的项目越多,2个模型的模式判准率的差别越大.
Existing dichotomous cognitive diagnostic models are all given assuming all items are independent.In practice,however,this assumption may not be true.For example,if two items are under the same circumstances,the latter item will have high correlation with the former one.In order to solve this kind of item-dependency problem,this paper proposed an enhanced model,the E-DINA model,which is constructed by adding item dependency of the DINA model. This is also an effective way to solve poly-chotomous problems.Simulations show that estimation accuracy,seen from AAMR and CPCR distribution,is much higher using E-DINA model than using DINA model if item dependency is considered.With increasing items with item dependency in the simulation,the improvement becomes progressively greater.
