With the developing of NMR technology, its sensitivity and resolution are significantly improved. In recent years, thereis a steadily increasing interest in quantitative I HNMR. The principle of quantitative J H NMR, the selection of parameters, andthe applications of quantitative 1 H NMR were reviewed in this paper.
