开源社区开发者合作网络的演化分析是了解群体软件开发及组织过程的重要途径.文中在对Source Forge.net社区开源软件信息收集整理、构建开发者合作网络的基础上,采用社会网络分析与复杂网络的方法,从网络规模、内部结构、人员流动等方面分析网络的演化规律,分析了整个开源社区中开发者合作及迁移的行为特点.研究结果发现,社区内部拓扑结构随时间变化表现出沟通更加频繁,合作更加紧密的特性,连通分量规模呈现幂律分布,新加入的开发者倾向于同社区中已经存在的开发者进行合作,而离开的开发者多是社区中的非核心开发人员,这些发现可以在一定程度上提高开源社区的稳定性以及开发者的工作效率.
Evolution analysis of developer collaboration netw ork is an important issue to understand the process of open source softw are development and organization. With the dataset obtained from Source Forge. net community,w e construct the developer collaboration netw ork according to the relationship betw een developers and projects. In this paper,social netw ork analysis and complex netw ork approaches are applied to analyze the evolution of collaboration netw orks in terms of netw ork scale,topological structure,staff migration.We further explore developers' behavior of joining and leaving. The results show that,internal topology structure of the community show s more frequent communication and closer cooperation over time,the scale of components presents pow er-law distribution,new developers tend to cooperate w ith pre-existing developers in the community,and most of the leavers are peripheral developers. These findings w ill help improve the stability of the open source softw are community and w ork efficiency.
