The relationship between Human capital and economic growth have gained increasing global concerns since 1950s when the Human capital theory was established to the late 1980s when the Endogenous Growth Theory was developed. In the paper, theories and empirical researches on the relationship were reviewed and existing problems were disclosed. Then the further research on the relationship between Human capital and economic growth was discussed.
