对小官庄铁矿分级尾矿进行充填胶结试验。通过优选胶结材料,优化充填浓度和灰砂比,指导小官庄铁矿充填采矿生产。胶结试验结果表明,与普通水泥相比,胶固粉具有添加量少、胶结强度高等优点,应作为现场充填采矿的胶结材料;确定了充填浓度65%~70%、灰砂比1∶4的充填工艺参数,并在现场进行了成功应用。
The cemented filling experiments on classified tailings in Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine is carried on to optimize the optimal cemented materials,the filling density and cement-sand ratio.The experiment result will provide guidance for filling mining in Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine.The cemented filling experiment demonstrates that new cemented material has advantages of low addition and high cemented strength compared with portland cement.The new material is recommended to be cemented material in field filling mining.Filling processing parameters(65%~70% filling density,1∶4 cement-sand ratio) are selected in the operation of Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine.
