综述了近年来小麦穗发芽过程中不同种类α-淀粉酶(α-Amy-1、α-Amy-2、α-Amy-3、LMA等)活性、脱支酶活性、酚氧化酶活性、激素含量变化的遗传、生理特征及其与穗发芽之间的关系,并从遗传学、栽培学角度初步探讨了小麦穗发芽调控途径的研究进展。
The paper mainly introduces the recent situation of PHS, and summarizes the genetic and physiological characteristics of the enzyme activity including different kinds of alpha amy- lase (α-Amy-1.α-Amy-2、α-Amy-3.LMA et al), debranching enzyme,phenol oxidase, etc. , as well as the change of hormone content during PHS and the relation among them. The paper also explores some approaches to controlling PHS from the perspectives of genetics and cultivation.
