基于对沉睡知识激活并同步提升知识转移效率的目的,从知识转移运行系统与环境作用的一般机制层面,研究组织结构与流程再造优化。将沉睡知识分成三种不同类型的基础上,通过组织流程再造的方式,从人、技术与管理三层面对知识转移过程中可能产生沉睡知识的低效环节进行优化,同时从物质与精神、考核及流动激励三个角度提升知识主体的主动性与积极性,可以达到组织结构优化以激活沉睡知识的效用。
Based on the purpose of the sleeping knowledge activation and knowledge transfer efficiency, we research optimization of or-ganization structural and process reengineering from the general action mechanisms of knowledge transfer operation system and the environ-ment. Sleeping knowledge has three different types. We found the key factors of sleeping knowledge activation, including people, tech-nology and management. We need to optimize the inefficient links of sleeping knowledge by the way of organization process reengineer-ing. At the same time, we should promote the subject of knowledge from the view of material and spiritual incentive and assessment.
