战略性新兴产业是我国未来经济的支柱产业,探究其商业模式创新与网络治理协同耦合问题有助于实现科学发展。文章分析战略性新兴产业商业模式创新与网络治理“非耦合”的现状及原因,以问卷调查数据为研究基础,运用回归分析与结构方程模型分析,探讨商业模式创新、网络治理与协同耦合绩效三者间的关系。结果表明,商业模式创新对网络治理与协同耦合绩效均有正向影响,正式网络治理机制与非正式网络治理机制对协同耦合绩效均有正向影响,特别地,正式网络治理机制对协同耦合绩效的正向影响有限。结合实证分析结果,提出战略性新兴产业发展需要关注政府、市场和企业三个方面:政府等管理者制定具体政策,引导商业模式创新与网络治理有序开展;市场提供商业模式创新与网络治理所需的配套设施及服务,提高二者实施的成功率;企业主动树立合作共赢理念,积极开展与网络内其他组织的交流交互。
Strategic emerging industries will become the backbone of future economy in China. Researches on the cooperative couphng between business model innovation and network governance in the industries can contribute to their scientific development. The paper, based on the data from the questionnaire survey, analyzes the current situation and reasons of the "non coupling" between business model innovation and network governance in strategic emerging industries, applies the regression analysis and structure equation modeling analysis to discuss the relationship between business model innovation, network governance and performance of cooperative coupling. The resuits show that business model innovation has both positive effects on network governance and the performance of cooperative coupling. Both formal and informal network governance mechanisms have positive effects on the performance of cooperative coupling. Specifically, the positive effects of formal network governance mechanism on the performance of cooperative coupling are limited. Finally, combining with the results of empirical analysis, the paper points out that the development of strategic emerging industries needs to pay attention to three aspects: government, market and enterprises. Government and other administrators should formulate specific policies to regulate business model innovation and network governance; The market should provide the necessary supporting facilities and services for business model innovation and network governance to improve the success rate of the implementation; Enterprises should consciously foster a win-win concept of cooperation, and actively carry out exchanges and interaction with other organizations in the network.
