介绍了传染病预防控制政策领域的研究现状,着眼于公共卫生事件的应急管理,提出将多主体仿真技术应用到传染病预防控制政策分析和应急管理中,并以一个传染病预防控制政策仿真系统为例,展示了多主体仿真方法在系统中的应用,论述了多主体仿真的研究优势,构建过程,功能结构以及系统在政策评估和公共卫生事件的应急管理中的应用。
From the perspective of emergency management of public health events, this paper has introduced the status quo of the research in the policy field concerning the prevention and control of epidemics, and proposed that the multiagent simulation technique can be applied to the prevention and control policy analysis and emergency management of epidemics. Also, with a simulation system for the prevention and control policy of epidemics as an example, the paper demonstrates the application of the multi-agent simulation technique in the system and deals with the research advantages, construction process, functional structure of the multi-agent simulation, and its application in policy assessment, and the emergency management of the public health events.
