文章选取30个省（区、市）2007-2012年对外直接投资的相关数据，从全国和区域两个层面研究对外直接投资在就业结构和国民收入两方面的效应。从全国来看，对外直接投资优化了就业结构，促进了国民收入的增加。从区域来看，东部地区各方面的效应都接近部分甚至高于全国平均水平；中部地区的就业结构受外商直接投资的改善程度稍强于西部地区，但是在外商直接投资存量的收入效应方面，两个地区非常接近。文章最后为规范和引导对外直接投资提出了几点政策建议。

英文摘要：

This paper adopts relevant data about outward foreign direct investment of 30 provinces from 2007 to 2013, analyzing employment structure effect and national income effect of outward foreign direct investment from the whole country and district levels. From country level, outward foreign direct investment optimizes employment structure and promote increasing of national income. From district level, effects of the east part are close to that of the whole country and some effects even exceed; improvement of middle area＇s employment structure resulting from outward foreign direct investment are deeper than that of west area, while the two areas are very similar in terms of income effect. Finally, this paper suggests some advice for guiding outward foreign direct investment.
