This paper brings forward the two dimensions of the mean and the variance of the organization's knowledge-integration efficiency based on the effect evaluation principles of researcher Grant, and then analyzes the significance that the former two indicators mean to the corporations in the different environment. This paper also explains the different effect of the knowledge resources, the relationship resources, the structural resources in the organization on the mean and the variance of the organization's knowledge-integration efficiency by incorporating the human capital theory and the social capital theory into the analysis.
