综合考虑了高造斜井眼控制工具外壳和主轴的相互作用,推导出钻头偏转角和主轴变形轨迹与外壳刚度、主轴刚度及工具的结构参数相关的计算公式,建立了主轴在静态条件下的力学模型。通过模型计算得出钻头偏转角θ_2=0.6535°。利用高造斜井眼控制工具的试验台架进行试验验证,试验测得钻头偏转角θ_2=0.6389°。试验测得的数据与理论推导的数据非常接近,由此验证了所建力学模型的合理性。
Considering the interaction of the housing and spindle of the high build-up rate well trajectory con- trol tool, the computational formula of the drill bit deflection angle and the deformation path of the spindle related to the housing stiffness, spindle stiffness and structural parameters are derived. The mechanical model of spindle under static state is established. Based on the model, the effects of housing stiffness, spindle stiffness and structural pa- rameters on the drill bit deflection angle and the deformation path of the spindle are obtained. Testing of the high build-up rate well trajectory control tool has been conducted on the experimental bench, the test data coincide well with the theoretical computational results, thus validating the rationality of the mechanical model.
