针对薄壁梁在斜向碰撞中出现的吸能和抗弯能力不够等问题,分别采取填充蜂窝铝材和增加壁厚两种方法进行改进。对改进前后的薄壁梁进行斜向碰撞仿真,获取薄壁梁的截面力和吸能曲线。结果表明,填充蜂窝铝材的薄壁梁在斜向碰撞中有较好的溃缩模式和吸能能力。
In view of the inadequate abilities in energy absorbing and bending resistance of thin-walled beam in oblique impact, two improving schemes are adopted: filled with aluminum honeycomb and changing thick- ness. An oblique impact simulation is then conducted and the curves of section force and absorbing energy before and after improvement are obtained. The results show that thin-walled beam filled with aluminum honeycomb has better collapse mode and energy absorbing ability.
