结合中国人体尺寸参数,在国外标准假人Hybrid Ⅲ 50百分位假人模型的基础上,使用MADYMO软件中的缩放方法建立了符合中国50百分位身材的假人模型。以某一量产车型为基础,建立了其乘员约束系统模型,并分别利用中国人体假人模型及国外标准假人模型进行了正面碰撞仿真研究。结果表明,中国成年男性50百分位身材假人模型的头部和颈部损伤参数明显大于Hybrid Ⅲ 50百分位假人模型的相应参数,而胸部压缩量则相对较小,大腿力损伤参数与Hybrid Ⅲ50百分位假人模型的相应参数相差不大。
The 50th percentile Chinese occupant dummy model was developed herein based on the anthropometric of Chinese people by scaling the Hybrid Ⅲ 50th percentile dummy model in MADYMO software. The occupant restraint system model was also developed based on a production car. Frontal crash simulation was done by using these two dummy models and the occupant restraint system model. The results show that the head and neck injury parameters of the 50th percentile Chinese occupant dummy model are obviously larger than those of Hybrid Ⅲ 50th percentile dummy model. While the chest compression quantity of the 50th percentile Chinese occupant dummy model is smaller than that of Hybrid Ⅲ 50th percentile dummy model. The difference of femur force between two dummy models is relatively small.
